When visiting the website, data is collected by the web server for the transmission of data and stored in part in log files (log files), which provide information about the terminal used, the browser used, time of access, the so-called referrer and transferred amounts of data. A personal reference can not be created from this data, since the IP address is not saved or anonymized. Your data can be found in various ways: Web Analytics Cookies This website uses the web analytics tool “web-analytics 1und1”. In the variant we use, the analysis tool “web-analytics” works with an anonymization of IP addresses. In doing so, the IP addresses are shortened by the last two octets before any use for the analysis of the usage behavior. Thus, according to the prevailing opinion, a personal reference can no longer be produced. Your IP address will only be used in the shortened form (and thus without personal reference) to perform a rough geolocation. Here your country of origin and also your access provider (“Internet access provider”) are determined and stored. The analysis tool “web-analytics” works by setting a cookie, which is saved as a so-called “persistent cookie” as a small text file on your end device beyond the end of your visit. The cookie is set via the domain “” and has the following name: • .xyz … 12345 (number is unique). The cookie has a running time of just under 6 months and allows not only the recognition of users who have been on the website before, but also the non-personal analysis of the behavior on the website. Thus, for example, recognize, from which side users came to this website and which “click path” they then took, so which pages a user then on the website “” has viewed how long. In addition, you can see how many and which files were downloaded by users / visitors. We have no interest in seeing a specific person look at our website. However, we are very interested in seeing how users generally look at this site, what they are interested in, and where bugs need to be fixed because a user encounters an incorrect or blank page. • Name: pkses.12345 (number is individual). The cookie will be automatically deleted after the expiration of each session. A personal reference can not be created via these cookies. The cookies are created for the purpose of creating non-personal personal statistics (“pseudonymous usage profiles”). According to § 15 Abs. 3 TMG you have a right to object to this processing of data, which you can assert as follows: Right of opposition i.S.d. Section 15 (3) TMG: You can prevent the analysis of user behavior by blocking in your browser the setting of cookies by this domain “”, for example by make an exception in the browser (such as Firefox browser). Please look in the program help for how this can be set up in your browser. Of course, you can also occasion-related in individual cases or periodically o.g. Delete cookies in your browser to clear tracking information. If you have activated the so-called Do-Not-Track function (“DNT”) in your browser, then your visit to the website will not automatically be recorded by the web analysis tool. However, this does not work with every browser. To enable DNT in your browser, check the Help function of your browser if you do not know how to activate it. You also have the option of preventing any form of user analysis on this website in the future if you set a so-called block cookie or opt-out cookie. You can do this via the checkbox shown below. As long as you do not delete this cookie in the browser, an analysis of your usage behavior will be omitted. Deletion or blocking of data We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. Therefore, we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as provided for by the various storage periods provided for by law.
